My journey began straight out of college when I found myself unexpectedly running a one-man-band IT support company. The owner was dealing with serious health issues, and I had to step in with limited technical knowledge and rough people skills. There was no one else to turn to, so I had to learn quickly and find clever workarounds when necessary.
That sink-or-swim experience laid the foundation for my career. Twenty years later, I still approach challenges with the same mindset: continuously learning, adapting, and finding smart solutions no matter what comes my way.
